How to recover from stress and burnout?
Stress and Burnout don’t have to ruin our experiences. Learning the relationship with ourselves can shift our experiences from stressful to satisfying. As Dr. Sharon Grossman states when we do this we move from being exhausted to becoming extraordinary.

It costs us much while sacrificing well-being of health, time, relationships, fulfillment, and even financial well-being. But when you can identify where you are on the burnout spectrum, you can begin to repair burnout, moving away from exhaustion and becoming extraordinary.
