This wasn’t a character flaw.

Early in my career, I noticed a pattern.

Highly capable people weren’t failing because they lacked talent or discipline.

They were underperforming because their nervous systems were overriding execution.


I saw it in Fortune 500 leaders.
I saw it in elite teams.
And I saw it in myself.

As a former financial professional scaling my own company to its first $1M in revenue, while raising two small children, I found myself paying the biological cost of high performance without regulation.

I realized firsthand that you cannot optimize a P&L without optimizing the nervous systems of the people running it.

 What looked like 'burnout' was actually misapplied survival wiring. That realization changed everything.

I stopped viewing stress as an abstract feeling and started viewing it as biological data. I needed to know how to override neurological hijack in real time—without relying on willpower.

That's when I learned the truth:

This work evolved into what I call Applied Neuroscience.
